2. Hosting via Vercel

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. or Vercel Germany GmbH. When you visit the site, the host processes technically necessary server log data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, browser type and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

3. “Book a ride” form

If you use the booking form, I process the data you provide (name, phone number, optional email address, pick-up and destination address, date, time, number of passengers, luggage details and your notes) in order to handle your request and reply to you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS). An email delivery provider is used as a processor to deliver the request to me; the access credentials for this are stored exclusively on the server.

Your details will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email

If you contact me by phone, email or WhatsApp, I process the data transmitted in order to deal with your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). For WhatsApp, the provider's privacy policy also applies; use is voluntary. This website only contains a link – no WhatsApp scripts are embedded.

5. No analytics, map or tracking services

No analytics tools, map or tracking services are used. No cookies are set for analytics or marketing purposes.

6. Fonts

Web fonts are loaded via Google Fonts for display purposes. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to the provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent, legible presentation).
